Huck (“Huck,” “we,” “us”) is a service operated by Sherpp Inc. Huck provides software that helps service businesses answer customers, book work, prepare quotes and invoices, send follow-ups, and operate connected provider workflows. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We use business, customer, job, message, calendar, payment, and usage data to run the service-business workflows a founder asks Huck to manage. This includes contact details such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses that a business provides or that customers share when they contact the business.

How we use information

We use this data only to deliver and operate the product: answering messages and calls, booking jobs, preparing quotes and invoices, sending appointment and follow-up communications, and improving service reliability.

SMS and text messaging

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell this information. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to send the messages you have consented to receive from the business (such as appointment confirmations, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups) and to operate the service.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business (for example, when you book, receive a quote or invoice, or have upcoming work). You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.

How we share information

Huck does not sell customer data. Data is shared with infrastructure and provider services only when needed to deliver the product — such as authentication, email, phone, payments, storage, AI assistance, calendar sync, and observability — and only to the extent required to provide those functions on our behalf.

Data retention and your choices

Founders can request export or deletion of their workspace data by contacting the Huck operator account connected to their workspace or by emailing help@hellohuck.com.
