Huck is a service operated by Sherpp Inc. Huck helps service businesses answer customers, book work, prepare quotes and invoices, send follow-ups, and operate connected provider workflows. By using Huck, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Founders are responsible for reviewing high-impact actions, keeping provider credentials and business records accurate, and complying with local trade, licensing, tax, messaging, and customer-communication rules. Huck is provided as an operational assistant, not a replacement for founder judgment. Customer-facing sends, pricing, booking details, and business records remain the founder’s responsibility to review and correct when needed.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Huck (operated by Sherpp Inc.). When you provide your mobile number to a business that uses Huck and consent to receive text messages, Huck sends messages on that business’s behalf — such as appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes, invoices, and follow-up communications related to your service request.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business (for example, when you book, receive a quote or invoice, or have upcoming work).
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at help@hellohuck.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
